The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, with lift and ramp access directly off the flat street in front. There are restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket all around the community and Los Boliches Train Station is just 7-8 minutes walk away and so there is NO need for hire cars to stay in this apartment.

Low Winter Monthly Rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a more accurate and realistic price. Internet INCLUDED

    Rental & Booking Information

    Cleaning before and after your stay is included. You are expected to leave the apartment tidy on departure and remove all your own rubbish. You do not have to wash linen/clean etc. before departure.

    Bed linen and bath towels are included. A change of laundry is left available.

    Key collection: If arriving during office hours you can collect your keys from our office.Alternatively we can leave your keys in a bar local to your apartment or if you have an Airport Transfer directly to your apartment,which can be booked with us, we shall give the keys to the driver. We can arrange for a member of our staff to meet you at the apartment however this service is charged for depending on your arrival day and time.

     

    Breakages deposit of £100 or 100€ is on top of your rental amount, but fully refundable after your stay.

    Excellent Apartment
    The local shop is excellent – a lovely family-run business, with fresh bread and modest prices. Similarly the Camino Bar with their tapas compare well with Rio Bar near Plaza Del Carmen, again run by a lovely couple. The Virgen Del Carmen Church contains an amazing sanctuary; only in Spain; the swarthy beggar near the door is genuinely disabled and doesn’t pester. At the Fiesta Restaurant in Mijas the prices start frugal and go up a step; and the quality and service is excellent. Buses are every half hour to Mijas and save parking problems. Neighbours on Edificio Arcoiris are quiet, polite and helpful. Obviously nowhere is perfect but for us, this comes close. Last year we took a swanky apartment in Carvahal, sumptuous but remote with no shops on site and at a very steep climb back up from the railway station.
