A fantastic 1 bedroom apartment right on the seafront in los Boliches, Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, in the popular "Ronda 2" community, registered with Junta of Andalucia with ID: VFT/MA/00101

The apartment is south west facing, with lots of afternoon sun, beautiful sea and beach views, big communal pool and lovely gardens, gated comunity parking. 

The apartment has a good sized balcony, stunning views, lounge  and dining table plus English TV (providing a massive list of channels in lots of different languages,) Fibre Optic internet and also a small but fully equipped kitchen for those looking to eat in during their stay.

The bedroom is a double bed, but a good size and there is a shower room as well (no bath). The bedroom has terrace doors leading out onto the balcony. 

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with lift and ramp access directly off the flat seafront promenade. There are restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets all around the community and Los Boliches Train Station is just 7-8 minutes walk away and so there is NO need for hire cars to stay in this lovely little apartment.

Low Winter Monthly Rates are available if your stay will be 4 weeks or more from November to March, so please enquire for a more accurate and realistic price.



Perfect Location for all age's,Train,Bus,Shops, all just a few minutes walk away, south west facing for sun all afternoon.

    Fibre Optic internet.

    Cleaning before and after your stay, is included. You are expected to leave the apartment tidy on departure and remove all your own rubbish. You do not have to wash linen/clean etc. before departure.

    Bed linen and bath towels are included. A change of laundry is left available.


    Key collection: If arriving during office hours you can collect your keys from our office.Alternatively we can leave your keys in a bar local to your apartment or if you have an Airport Transfer(45€ from airport to apartment & apartment to airport 40€) directly to your apartment,which can be booked with us, we shall give the keys to the driver. We can arrange for a member of our staff to meet you at the apartment however this service is charged for depending on your arrival day and time.

    Breakages deposit of £100 or 100€ is on top of your rental amount, but fully refundable after inspection of the apartment following your stay.

    This apartment is perfect. Location is amazing (on the beach), loads of bars/shops/restaurants nearby, fantastic pool and gardens and just a short stroll from the railway station. Inside, the apartment is very clean and has everything you need - linen and bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, air-con, a very cold fridge and a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The sofa bed in the lounge is very comfortable, as is the main bed in the bedroom. Just can't fault this apartment in any way, it really is perfect.

    Location, location, location we love it!!!
    We have, for some years, been fortunate to rent this well appointed, sunny appartment for long term winter breaks. Our reservation is in for next stay. Need we say more. Shops, restaurants, entertainment and excellant transport links are close by. The helpful and pleasant staff at Sol Rentals work out of an office in the resort.
