    Rental & Booking Information

    When you provisionally book your property, in order to confirm the booking:

    • We require a minimum 25% deposit within 48hrs.
    • Your balance is due at the latest 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
    • For the security of our owners, we ask for passport numbers and a fully refundable damage deposit to be held during your stay.

    Payment can be made via bank transfer to our UK bank (reccommended) or via debit/credit card which is passed by our UK Travel Agents in GBP.

    Included in your rental price is cleaning before and after, bed linen, bath towels and key collection. Also included in short term rentals is all utilities (electric/water etc.).
