Winter Lets
If you wish to stay for a longer period of 4 weeks or longer in off-peak winter dates, the stated weekly rates do NOT apply. Sol Rentals can offer fantastic special winter monthly rates which exclude electric, to make a longer winter stay in the sun far more affordable! Enquire with your required period and we will provide the best possible price!
All Stays
Wi-Fi Internet is available but not included in the price. Service available is via Fuengirola WiFi service, or our portable devices. Broadband may be installed by Summer 2014. Ask for confirmation when you book.
Cleaning before and after your stay is included in the price. Linen and Bath Towels are included in the rental price. Beach Towels are not included.

Air Conditioning/Heating system is on a Pay as you Go coin operated meter, which takes 1 euro coins and returns around 1 hours usage per euro put in. Some rentals may include set hours in the price. It is also possible to pre-pay for a certain number of hours at a lower rate - enquire for more information.
Airport Transfers are available from 25 Euros each with for up to 4 people, with licensed and insured operators. They pick up and drop you off one way or return between Malaga Airport Terminal and your apartment. They will also have your apartment keys on them, meaning you get in no delays and no need to collect your keys from another location first!
Meet & Greets/Key Collection (when no Airport Transfer is booked) are only included in the price within our working office hours Mon-Fri 10am - 7pm. Otherwise keys are left either in a local bar/restaurant or with your airport transfer driver.
